Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IT consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Analyze client requirements and provide strategic recommendations on technology solutions.
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures that enhance business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technology solutions.
- Conduct assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for IT governance, risk management, and compliance.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to their professional development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
- Proven track record in project management and client relationship management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, or similar) are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
